Today, 31st of May 2024 at 8 pm, along the avenues of the Vatican City Gardens, the recitation of the rosary prayer took place on the day of the liturgical commemoration of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Leading it, from the church of St Stephen of the Abyssinians to the grotto of Lourdes, was H.Em. Card. Mauro Gambetti, Archpriest of the Papal Basilica of St. Peter in the Vatican. H.Em. Card. Fernando Vérgez Alzaga, President of the Governorate of the Vatican City State, presided over the final moment of prayer at the Lourdes Grotto.
