Dedicated fares or free admission for guided tours of the Basilica may be selected by visitors at the time of booking and will subsequently be verified on site at the Desk in the Parvis of the Basilica. In order to verify that the visitor actually belongs to the category eligible for the reduced fare or free admission, the required documentation must be presented.

In particular:

• certification proving disability

• guided tour request on Parish headed paper, signed by the Parish Priest and including the list of participants

• guided tour request on School headed paper, signed by the Headmaster/Principal and including the list of participants
