Visitors who purchase tickets online for access to the Treasury Museum are advised to check the email inbox used for the purchase, including the Spam folder. If the ticket has not been received by the day of the visit, it is possible to visit https://myqr.basilicasanpietro.va to retrieve the access QR Code independently. The MyQR self-recovery service is only available on the day of the visit and not for later dates.
