Frequently asked questions

The Digital Audio Guide of Saint Peter's Basilica is included in the online booking service for access to the Basilica and in the tickets for private access purchased online for the Dome or the Treasury Museum, which in the price include the reservation of access to the Basilica at a time prior to the selected time for the Dome or the Treasury Museum.

Since it cannot be purchased separately, failure to use the Digital Audio Guide does not entitle to any refund. Once purchased, Basilica access bookings as well as tickets for the Dome or the Treasury Museum are non-modifiable and non-refundable.

It is not possible to change the name, date, or time of the reservation. Users are therefore encouraged to review the terms and conditions before proceeding with the purchase.

Visitors and pilgrims holding the reservation voucher or tickets for the Dome or the Museum are also advised to arrive early for security checks, as during the high season or Jubilee year, delays due to high attendance may occur, ensuring access to the purchased service.
