Press Release Christmas dinner for the poor

On the occasion of Christmas, the Apostolic Almonry and the Parish of Saint Peter are organizing a dinner for approximately 120 people in need. The initiative will take place on Sunday, 7 December, from 6:00 PM, in St Peter’s Square, under Bernini’s Colonnade (near the Monument to Migrants).

It will be a moment of sharing and celebration with those who live in situations of fragility and who frequent the St Peter’s Square area daily. The dinner is made possible thanks to the concrete support and generous presence of volunteers and parishioners.

The Governorate of Vatican City State, together with St Peter’s Basilica and the Apostolic Almonry, has ensured the necessary permits, technical support and personnel required for the event.
