Timetable of Christmas celebrations in the Basilica

Sunday 24th December 

• 7 a.m.: Holy Mass
• 8 a.m.: Holy Mass
• 9 a.m.: Holy Mass
• 10.30 a.m.: Holy Mass
• 12:30: Holy Mass
• 7:30 p.m.: Solemnity of the Christmas of the Lord. The Holy Father Francis celebrates (tickets will be required to attend). 

The Basilica will close at 2 p.m., while the Dome will close at 12 noon The Vatican Grottoes will close at 1 p.m.

Days 26th to 30th December

• 7 a.m.: Holy Mass
  
• 7:30 a.m.: Holy Mass
• 9 a.m.: Holy Mass
• 10 a.m.: Holy Mass
• 11 a.m.: Holy Mass
• 12 o'clock: S. Mass
• 5 p.m.: S. Mass
• 6 pm: Holy Mass
• 9 p.m.: Eucharistic Adoration (Saturday 30 only)

The Dome will be open from 7.30 a.m. to 4.45 p.m., and the Vatican Caves from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Monday 1st January

• 10 a.m. Mary Most Holy Mother of God, Holy Father Francis will celebrate (tickets will be required to participate).
  
• 1 p.m.: Holy Mass.
• 4 pm: Holy Mass.
• 6 p.m.: Holy Mass.

The Basilica will open at 12.30 pm, the Dome and the Grottoes at 1 pm.

Sunday 31st December

• 7 a.m.: Holy Mass
  
• 8 a.m.: Holy Mass
• 9 a.m.: Holy Mass
• 10:30 a.m.: Holy Mass
• 5:00 p.m.: Vespers and prayer of the Te Deum, celebrated by the Holy Father Francis (tickets are required to participate).

The Basilica and the Vatican Grottoes will close at 1 p.m., while the Dome will close at 12 noon.
